Ch. Justart Majenkir Noble Kinsman, a.k.a "Teddy"
"Teddy" or "Theodore" is from our March 2018 litter sired by Ch Majenkir Bookstor Iconic and out of Ch. Justart Hot Commodity. He is a very old fashioned, super sound type of dog. His very first weekend was the 2018 Del Valle shows, where our BCNC fall specialty is held. He was RWD to a major the first day under Bitte Ahrens Primavera of the world famous Sobers Kennel. The day after the specialty he was WD for a major at just 6 months of age under Niklas Erikssen, another world renowned sighthound breeder. His next weekend out he was WD/BOW all three days that he was entered, defeating adult competition every time. We waited until February to take him out just one day, where he took another major at the competitive McKenzie Cascade DF weekend under Charles Olvis. He finished his title at his very next show, the prestigious Hound Classic (Western Hound Association of Southern CA). Sighthound breeder judge Denise Flaim and Borzoi breeder judge Jon Steele both found him worthy of WD/BOW (and both judges put the WB as their BOS over specials) for two four point majors to complete his title in style at 12 months of age. He was also Best in Sweeps both days with a 3rd and 4th in the Sweeps groups. He was handled by his co-owner, junior handler Molly Forsyth, at the Hound Classic. We are so grateful to Karen Staudt-Cartabona, Karen Spey, and Howard Spey MD for allowing us to use Iconic to sire the litter that produced Teddy. Teddy is bred by Stuart McGraw, Justine Spiers, and Karen Staudt-Cartabona. He is owned by his breeders and junior handler Molly Forsyth.
